本文以力敏材料为基础,通过对应力场反演方法展开研究,实现了轮胎应力测量的可视化。首先,根据现有轮胎的特征设计了新型力敏传感智能轮胎,分析了力敏智能轮胎的结构特点;其次,建立了力敏智能轮胎有限元模型,研究了力敏智能轮胎在充气状态、静态受载、结构破损三种状态下应力及变形情况,,构建了力敏智能轮胎电压测量方法,并对导电硅橡胶材料的力敏性能进行了实验验证,分析了不同状态、不同载荷下导电硅橡胶材料的应力反演情况.
